General FAQ’s
BiT is open to all women of color in tech, at any stage of their career. Allies and employers can also engage with BiT through partnerships and sponsorships.
While our community is based in the U.S., virtual-first offerings like Sister Circles and online events make BiT accessible to members worldwide.

Membership
As a BiT member, you’ll gain access to our membership portal with free and discounted career resources,exclusive events, mentorship and a supportive community of women of color in tech. Members also enjoy discounts on our Career Services such as coaching and resume revamps, as well as discounted access to our annual conference, BaddieCon and career resources like our job board.
Free Membership provides access to our private Discord group, monthly newsletters, and limited perks. Baddie+ unlocks premium benefits, including full portal access, workshops, a content library, and exclusive networking opportunities.
Sister Circles membership is a virtual-first tier that connects you with a small group of Tech Baddies for monthly mentorship sessions and goal-setting. Sign up on the Sister Circles page to join the waitlist.
Some events are exclusive to members-only while others are open to the public for free or at a small fee. Members attend all virtual events for free and enjoy discounted access to ticketed in-person events!
Events
BaddieCon is our flagship annual conference, bringing together women of color in tech for professional development, unmatched networking. Members get discounted tickets and access to exclusive sessions.
We offer both! Many events are virtual, making them accessible to all members. For in-person events, we currently focus on key cities like NYC, DC, and Atlanta, with plans to expand to other metropolitan cities in the United States in 2025.

Employers & Sponsorship
Posting a job is simple! Create an employer account, submit your job details, and reach our engaged community of women of color in tech. Visit the “Post a Job” page to get started.
The Resume Bank is a curated database of skilled women of color in tech. Employers can access it through our Recruiter Membership plan. Contact us for details on how to subscribe.
