These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in BaddieCon organized by Baddies in Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for BaddieCon or participating in our event, you agree to these Terms.

Registration and Attendance

  • Registration: You must register for BaddieCon through our designated registration process. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • Attendance: Your registration entitles you to attend BaddieCon and participate in the sessions and activities included in the event program.

Code of Conduct

  • Respectful Behavior: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner at all times during BaddieCon.
  • Harassment: Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability, will not be tolerated.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your participation in BaddieCon.

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the content presented at BaddieCon, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and recordings, are owned by Baddies in Tech or its licensors.
  • Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from BaddieCon without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer: Baddies in Tech makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding BaddieCon or any content presented therein.
  • Limitation: In no event shall Baddies in Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with BaddieCon.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baddies in Tech and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your participation in BaddieCon.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York City. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York City.
