BaddieCon is the premiere tech conference for aspiring and established women of color in tech. We’re accelerating the careers of women of color in the tech industry by helping them cultivate industry connections, advance their technical and soft skills, and spark innovation at their workplaces and beyond! Whether you are an engineer, tech recruiter, entrepreneur or simply someone who is interested in a tech career, this is the place for you.

This year, BaddieCon is from August 15-18, 2024 at Civic Hall in Manhattan, NY.

We offer tiered ticket packages. Pricing breakdowns are on our ticketing page. Please note that tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable until August 9th, 2024. To transfer a ticket, email us at support@baddiesintech.com

Yes! Student pricing is 50% off of the original price of each ticket type. To get the student discount, you will need to verify your status here with a valid student ID. After you've been verified, you will receive the discount code to apply to the ticket types you are interested in. Student discounts cannot be applied to VIP packages or the Baddie Par-Tee ticket.

As of right now, no scholarships are available. However, if scholarships tickets do become available we will announce them on our Discord, social media, and email. Please make sure you’re following us to stay informed.

Yes, BaddieCon 2024 attendees must be at least 17 years old.

Of course! The more the merrier! Please note that guests must purchase their own tickets to attend.

The schedule overview for BaddieCon 2024 is as follows:

◦ Day 1 (August 15) is the Baddiepreneur Accelerator. Focused on supporting women of color startup entrepreneurs and minority small business owners, programming includes a startup pitch competition, small business expo, and wealth-building & entrepreneurship workshops. Attending Baddiepreneur Accelerator is perfect for Baddies (and allies!) who are aspiring or established tech entrepreneurs, small business owners, or side hustlers. Those who desire to connect with investors, potential business partners & customers, or learn fundamental skills for success as an entrepreneur are encouraged to attend!

◦ Day 2 (August 16) of BaddieCon is our Corporate Baddie Summit. The must-attend event of BaddieCon week, the day is designed to help Tech Baddies (and allies!) navigate their tech careers and ascend the corporate ladder confidently and authentically. Join us for main stage panels & keynotes, a career expo complete with live job interviews, and technical & soft skill workshops. There will also be fun activations, like live headshots throughout the day. Perfect for those looking to expand their tech network, connect with employers, and learn new skills.

◦ Day 3 (August 17) is all about taking time to have fun in NYC! Expect a curated brunch during the day and time to explore the city on your own or with connections you’ve made at BaddieCon in the evening!

◦ Day 4 (August 18) of BaddieCon is our golf outing in partnership with City Girls Golf! Don’t leave the golf to the men - join Baddie Par-Tee for professional golf lessons, an open bar cocktail happy hour, and curated panel. Spots for the golf clinic are extremely limited, so we highly recommend securing your ticket ASAP!

Yes! The full agenda for BaddieCon will be available in the coming months on our website and through our curated event app, powered by Eventify.

Absolutely! Attendees can RSVP for sessions they are interested in through the BaddieCon event app. Attendees will have access within a couple of weeks of the conference.

Yes! Taking the train in Manhattan is highly recommended. Civic Hall is very accessible via the 4, 5, 6, and Q, R, W trains that all stop at the 14th St./Union Square train station, steps away from the BaddieCon venue.

Yes, we have curated plenty of opportunities to connect with other attendees ! From the conference itself, to the VIP lounge, to side events and activations throughout the week, we are curating a space to help you expand your network

Absolutely! While BaddieCon is a professional and technical conference, we will also be having plenty of fun! Expect a VIP Welcome Mixer, Baddies & Zaddys Party, brunch and more!

The BaddieCon event app will allow you to create a profile, view other attendees, and will recommend connections based on shared interest. You can even coordinate meetings with connections ahead of time via the app. The app will be made available within a few weeks of the conference.
