What is BaddieCon?

BaddieCon is the premiere tech conference for aspiring and established women of color in tech. We’re accelerating the careers of women of color in the tech industry by helping them cultivate industry connections, advance their technical and soft skills, and spark innovation at their workplaces and beyond! Whether you are an engineer, tech recruiter, entrepreneur or simply someone who is interested in a tech career, this is the place for you.

When and where will BaddieCon 2025 take place?

This year, BaddieCon is from August 21-23, 2025 in NYC. Venue TBA!

How can I register for BaddieCon?

To attend BaddieCon, you must purchase a ticket. Visit our ticketing page to secure your spot!

Is there a fee to attend BaddieCon 2025? If so, what does it include?

We offer tiered ticket packages. Pricing breakdowns are on our ticketing page.‍

Are BaddieCon tickets refundable?

BaddieCon tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable to another attendee up until August 14, 2025. To request a ticket transfer, please contact us at [email address] with the following information:

- Your name and email address

- The name and email address of the new attendee

Please note that ticket transfers may be subject to a processing fee. After August 14, tickets are no longer transferable. Any requests for ticket transfers after this date cannot be accommodated.

Is there a student discount to attend the conference?

Yes! Student pricing is $179, discounted from the original General Admission price of $399. There is no student discount on VIP tickets half off the original price of each ticket type. To get the student discount, you will need to verify your status with a valid student ID.

Are there scholarships to attend the conference?

As of right now, no scholarships are available. However, if scholarships tickets do become available we will announce them on our Discord, social media, and email. Please make sure you’re following us to stay informed.

Who can attend BaddieCon 2025?

Baddies in Tech is committed to providing a safe space for everyone. Women of color and allies are all welcome at BaddieCon!

Is there an age requirement to attend BaddieCon 2025?

Yes, BaddieCon 2025 attendees must be at least 17 years old.

Can I bring a guest to BaddieCon 2025?

Of course! The more the merrier! Please note that guests must purchase their own tickets to attend.

Schedule & Agenda

What is the schedule for BaddieCon 2025?

The schedule overview for BaddieCon 2025 is as follows:

Day 1 & Day 2 (August 21-22): Our main conference days will feature distinct content tracks aligned with our theme: Totally Secured: AI, Innovation & Job Security in 2025. Expect main stage panels & keynotes, skill-building workshops, and a career expo where you can connect with sponsor companies. Choose your own adventure by attending curated sessions along our entrepreneurship or corporate content tracks. Programming will also be curated to experience level within the tech industry, so all attendees from entry level to executive will have relevant sessions to attend! BaddieCon 2025 is perfect for Baddies (and allies!) who are in or aspiring to careers in the tech industry, or climbing the corporate ladder, aspiring or established tech entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Day 2 (August 22) Evening: Join us for our Baddies & Zaddys Official Conference Afterparty! Admission is included in your conference ticket, however if you will not be attending the conference, tickets for the afterparty will become available late July.
Day 3 (August 23): Recharge post-conference with our Baddie Wellness Retreat. Enjoy group wellness sessions, spa services and refreshments as you nurture the connections you made at BaddieCon!

Will there be a detailed agenda available before the conference?

Yes! The full agenda for BaddieCon will be available in the coming months on our website and through our curated event app, powered by Eventify.

Can I customize my schedule at BaddieCon 2025?

Absolutely! Attendees can RSVP for sessions they are interested in through the BaddieCon event app. Attendees will have access within a couple of weeks of the conference.

Networking & Social Events

Are there networking opportunities at BaddieCon?

Yes, we have curated plenty of opportunities to connect with other attendees ! From the conference itself, to the VIP lounge, to side events and activations throughout the week, we are curating a space to help you expand your network

Will there be social events or parties during BaddieCon?

Absolutely! While BaddieCon is a professional and technical conference, we will also be having plenty of fun! Expect a VIP Welcome Mixer, Baddies & Zaddys Official AfterParty, brunch and more!

How can I connect with other attendees before the conference?

The BaddieCon event app will allow you to create a profile, view other attendees, and will recommend connections based on shared interest. You can even coordinate meetings with connections ahead of time via the app. The app will be made available within a few weeks of the conference.

Can I volunteer at BaddieCon 2025?

Yes, you can become a part of the BaddieCon team! Please look out for volunteer applications coming soon by following us on Instagram or LinkedIn.
