Shelly Lombard spent 30 years on Wall Street, where she was one of the few women who specialized in investing in distressed companies. She was frequently quoted in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal and appeared on CNBC. After Wall Street, she began serving on corporate boards, including the board of Bed Bath & Beyond. Shelly recently launched Schmooze which offers mini master classes and events that help women build a strong network of business relationships.

Stella has over a decade of experience in Agile and Career coaching and consulting. She is currently the Agile Faculty Lead at NSTAR Technologies, specializing in empowering professionals, and career changers through tech education and work experience. Additionally, she leads enterprise agile transformations in the Data and AI organization at Red Hat, the world's leading provider of open-source solutions.Stella is deeply committed to community impact and mentoring, serving in several minority-empowered communities, including Women in Software Engineering, Women Of Project Management, and the African Immigrant Collective, the non-profit organization dedicated to creating an infrastructure and ecosystem for immigrants to thrive in the diaspora so no one has to start from scratch.
