Allie Joy Tsahey is a Ghanaian-American entrepreneur, career strategist and DEI in tech advocate. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Baddies in Tech, a non-profit professional development organization dedicated to creating safe spaces for women of color to thrive in tech. Allie’s impact on equity in the tech industry has been featured in global publications such as Ebony Magazine, Yahoo News and AfroTech, and she continues to strive to create initiatives that ensure Black and brown women are represented in tech spaces.

Alyse Dunn is the Founder and CEO of CareCopilot. CarePilot is a caregiving concierge service that takes the stress out of caring for aging loved ones. CareCopilot calls doctors' offices to make appointments, completes lengthy insurance forms, and more, so that people can spend more time with their aging loved ones and less time on admin. When Alyse isn't busy serving families through CareCopilot, she can be found at her local dojo, improving her jiu jitsu game.

Amy Russ is the Vice President of Customer Analytics at Synchrony. In her current role, she manages a team of data analysts, data scientists, and Agile project teams to scope, analyze, and recommend projects that focus on improving the customer experience. She has an MBA from Auburn University; Master of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology; and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oglethorpe University. Outside of work, Amy is passionate about learning new skills and teaching others. She volunteers to coach and mentor others, focusing on data analytics, cloud architecture, and career development, through multiple organizations including as an Ambassador in Google's Women Techmakers; as a mentor in the Google Developer Student Group 2024 Solution Challenge; and through other organizations such as AnitaB.org.

Angelina Howard is a Product Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she leads the AWS Industry Products organization’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure strategy. She’s an advocate for inclusive products and technology, where she blends her passion for DEI with product and business development. She was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 2021 honoree and in 2021 she was named a Black Enterprise 40 Under 40 honoree for her work at DEI work at Amazon including leading Amazon leadership on where to direct $27M in funding for organizations supporting social justice and racial equity, co-founding Amazon’s Black Employee Network (BEN) Startup Week – a week-long series of events promoting Black entrepreneurship and innovation, launching of the BEN Scholarship Program, as well as the launch of Rise, an 8-month leadership for Black leaders at Amazon.

Angie Jones is the Global Vice President of Developer Relations for TBD, Block’s new business unit focused on decentralized technologies. She is an award-winning teacher and international keynote speaker who shares her wealth of knowledge at software companies and conferences all over the world. As a Master Inventor, Angie is known for her innovative and out-of-the-box thinking style which has resulted in more than 25 patented inventions in the areas of metaverses, collaboration software, social networking, smarter planet, and software development processes.

Anim Aweh is a licensed mental health therapist and certified clinical health educator with 15+ years of experience in direct care and facilitation. Anim specializes in helping Black women overcome trauma, anxiety, and depression. She coined the phrase “Therapy Over Silence”, which addresses the needs of people of color in the mental health space.

Arianny Mercedes is the founder of Revamped, a global consultancy focused on empowering professionals secure high growth professions and aiding enterprises in unlocking the full potential of their human capital. Since 2019, Arianny has aided over 700 professionals in securing thriving careers at top enterprises and startups including Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Charlie Health, Ramp, and Babbel. Her expertise and perspectives have been highlighted on NPR, CNN, CBS News, and LinkedIn News.Outside of Revamped, Arianny has worked at leading enterprises including Fidelity, Meta, American Express, and Accenture.

Ashley Young is the CEO of Bridal Babes, the first size inclusive bridesmaid gown line which has expanded to bridal merch, couples attire and groomsmen accessories. Ashley and her co-founder, Charles Young, have led the company to success in the e-commerce world and recently on Season 14 of Shark Tank, where they landed a deal with Emma Grede.
